해외에 거주하여 본인명의 휴대폰으로 직접 성인인증을 하실 수 없는 경우, 고객센터를 통해 예외적으로 본인 확인 후 수동으로 성인인증을 도와드릴 수 있습니다.

If you are living abroad and can't directly authenticate your age using a Korean mobile phone registered in your name, we can help you to authenticate your age manually after confirmation of your identity exceptionally.

본인 확인을 위해 아래의 신분증 목록 중 한 가지를 선택하시어, 신분증 사본과 함께 문의를 접수해주세요.

해당 인증은 나이 제한 폼 참여용 임시 인증이며, 대한민국 연락처가 없을 경우 판매자 활동은 불가능합니다.

② 해외 거주 중인 외국인에 한하여, 거주하는 국가에서 발급한 신분증

• 이름, 생년월일, 성별, 신분증의 유효기간을 확인할 수 있어야 합니다.
• 유효기간이 지난 신분증은 처리 불가합니다.
